Using creative, innovative & collaborative solutions to achieve Buildings Regulations compliance, Studio Tech Consulting can make for a seamless transition from planning approval concept drawings into Full Plans Approval Building Control packages, ready to take to Tender or Construction after approval.

Working either directly for Developer Clients or as a Freelance Chartered Architectural Technologist for Architectural Practices, as part of the Design Team, Studio Tech Consulting can bring over 25 years specialist expertise in the field to your project or business.

Each project’s level of technical design information is tailored to the Client’s and project’s needs (including the allowance for separate Local Authority discharge applications of relative planning conditions) but always ensures there is no technical ambiguity to the Client, Building Control or the Construction Team.
